About Envy

Envy is a simple telnet bulletin board system for Linux or macOS. Written in C++ and utilizing duktape javascript engine, it draws inspiration from Synchronet's use of javascript to build command shells and other modifications to the BBS.

JAM is used for message base storage and one can make use of Husky HPT and BinkD for FTN style network support.

Although in the early stages of development, Envy already supports most of the features you would find in a modern Telnet BBS.
